Our serving equipment is suitable for virtually any type of operation needing to hold cooked hot food in its optimum condition. We have simple pie warmers and more sophisticated heated display cabinets that not only keep food warm but which serve to enhance an operation’s visual merchandising. Our heated display units accommodate gastronome pans and depending on the quantity used can meet the needs of both large and small operations. Finally, to ensure that crockery can be heated effortlessly and conveniently, we have both free-standing heated cabinets and an in-counter, heated plate lowerator.
