The majority of our cooking equipment is plug-in making it very easy to site – and also, because we believe in uncomplicated controls, easy to use. Our convection oven range is appropriate to virtually any type of foodservice operation while our recently introduced combination oven range is highly specified and comes in slightly unusual size options that our customers said they would prefer. Two more recent additions to our range are our induction hobs, available in both a plug- in and drop-in version, and our sous vide water baths. Our cooking equipment extends to high powered pizza ovens, easy-clean contact grills, fryers, rise and fall grills, griddles and high-capacity toasters.
